Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - Spinach Chopped
- 1/4 cups - Corn Kernels Boiled and crushed
- 1/4 cups - Bhakhari Atta
- 2 tablespoons - Wheat Atta
- 2 tablespoons - Jowar Atta
- 2 tablespoons - Besan
- 2 tablespoons - Coriander
- 1 tablespoons - Green Chilli Paste
- 1/2 tablespoons - Ginger Paste
- 1 tablespoons - Oil
- 1 teaspoons - Ajwain
- 2 tablespoons - Sugar Powder
- 2 teaspoons - Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoons - Kashmiri chilli powder
- 1 teaspoons - Turmeric
- - Salt To Taste
- 1 teaspoons - Coriander Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons - Eating Soda
- 2 tablespoons - Oil
- - Water As Required
- 1 1/2 tablespoons - Oil
- 1 teaspoons - Mustard Seeds
- 1 teaspoons - Sesame Seeds
Directions:
Combine everything but eating soda and oil.
In a separate bowl, mix eating soda and oil and mix it with the above prepared mixture.
Add water as required and make the muthias.
Steam the muthia for 15-20 minutes.
Keep the muthia on room temperature and slice them.
Heat oil in a pan. Add Mustard Seeds, Sesame Seeds and Muthia and cook them.
Serve Hot.
