Spinach Corn Muthia

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - Spinach Chopped
  2. 1/4 cups - Corn Kernels Boiled and crushed
  3. 1/4 cups - Bhakhari Atta
  4. 2 tablespoons - Wheat Atta
  5. 2 tablespoons - Jowar Atta
  6. 2 tablespoons - Besan
  7. 2 tablespoons - Coriander
  8. 1 tablespoons - Green Chilli Paste
  9. 1/2 tablespoons - Ginger Paste
  10. 1 tablespoons - Oil
  11. 1 teaspoons - Ajwain
  12. 2 tablespoons - Sugar Powder
  13. 2 teaspoons - Lemon Juice
  14. 1 teaspoons - Kashmiri chilli powder
  15. 1 teaspoons - Turmeric
  16. - Salt To Taste
  17. 1 teaspoons - Coriander Powder
  18. 1/4 teaspoons - Eating Soda
  19. 2 tablespoons - Oil
  20. - Water As Required
  21. 1 1/2 tablespoons - Oil
  22. 1 teaspoons - Mustard Seeds
  23. 1 teaspoons - Sesame Seeds

Directions:

Combine everything but eating soda and oil.
In a separate bowl, mix eating soda and oil and mix it with the above prepared mixture.
Add water as required and make the muthias.

Steam the muthia for 15-20 minutes.
Keep the muthia on room temperature and slice them.

Heat oil in a pan. Add Mustard Seeds, Sesame Seeds and Muthia and cook them.

Serve Hot.
