Spinach Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 3 packages - frozen chopped spinach
  2. 8 ounces - cream cheese chopped
  3. 1 sticks - oleo
  4. 1/2 - lemon (juiced and rind grated)
  5. - nutmeg, cayenne and salt to taste
  6. 1 cups - Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing

Directions:

Mix spinach, cream cheese, oleo, lemon juice and rind, nutmeg, cayenne and salt.

Top with stuffing, and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
