Ingredients:
- 3 packages - frozen chopped spinach
- 8 ounces - cream cheese chopped
- 1 sticks - oleo
- 1/2 - lemon (juiced and rind grated)
- - nutmeg, cayenne and salt to taste
- 1 cups - Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing
Directions:
Mix spinach, cream cheese, oleo, lemon juice and rind, nutmeg, cayenne and salt.
Top with stuffing, and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
