Spinach Artichoke Brie

Ingredients:

  1. 8 ounces - Brie Wheel
  2. 1/2 cups - Chopped Artichoke Hearts
  3. 1/3 cups - Frozen Spinach Thawed and Drained
  4. 2 cloves - Garlic Minced
  5. - Kosher Salt To Taste
  6. - Ground Black Pepper To Taste
  7. 1 dashes - Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  8. 1 boxes - Crackers For Serving
  9. 8 ounces - Brie Wheel
  10. 1/2 cups - Chopped Artichoke Hearts
  11. 1/3 cups - Frozen Spinach Thawed and Drained
  12. 2 cloves - Garlic Minced
  13. - Kosher Salt To Taste
  14. - Ground Black Pepper To Taste
  15. 1 dashes - Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  16. 1 boxes - Crackers For Serving

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place brie in a small oven safe skillet or small baking dish. Using a sharp knife, cut a circle 1/4 inch in from border and remove top rind. Scrape any Brie off rind, then discard rind. Use a spoon to scrape most of the brie out of the wheel, being sure to leave a 1/4 inch border on the sides and not going through the bottom rind.

Place brie into a medium bowl. To same bowl, add artichokes, spinach, and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Spoon mixture back into brie wheel, packing it in tightly and piling on top. Bake until melty, 25 to 30 minutes.

Serve warm with crackers.
