Ingredients:
- 10 ounces - 10-oz Package frozen chopped spinach
- 1 cups - Part-skim ricotta
- 1 cups - Fontina cheese
- 1/4 cups - Grated pecorino cheese
- 1/4 teaspoons - Garlic powder
- - Pepper, to taste
- 1 whole - 13.8-oz tube refrigerated pizza dough
- 10 ounces - 10-oz Package frozen chopped spinach
- 1 cups - Part-skim ricotta
- 1 cups - Fontina cheese
- 1/4 cups - Grated pecorino cheese
- 1/4 teaspoons - Garlic powder
- - Pepper, to taste
- 1 whole - 13.8-oz tube refrigerated pizza dough
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425, and line two baking sheets with parchment paper
2. Thaw a 10-oz package frozen chopped spinach and squeeze out as much water as possible
3. In a medium bowl, mix the spinach with 1 cup part-skim ricotta, 1 cup shredded fontina cheese, 1/4 cup grated percorino cheese, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, and pepper to taste
4. Slice a 13.8-oz tube refrigerated pizza dough into 6 equal pieces
5. Shape into balls, and stretch or roll out on a lightly floured surface to roughly 5-inch circles
6. Arrange 3 circles on each baking sheet
7. Divide the spinach mixture into 6 equal portions, and spread on one side of each circle, leaving a 1/2-inch border, then fold the dough over the filling
8. Pinch and crimp the edges to seal
9. Cut a 1-inch vent in each, and bake until golden, about 14 minutes
10. Serve with your favorite jarred marinara sauce for dipping
