Spinach and Artichoke Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 pounds - chicken breast
  2. 1/2 - onion chopped
  3. 5 ounces - spinach frozen package
  4. 1/2 jars - artichoke hearts rinsed and chopped
  5. 4 ounces - cream cheese
  6. 1/2 cups - Parmesan cheese
  7. 4 ounces - sour cream
  8. 4 ounces - shredded cheddar cheese divided
  9. 2 tablespoons - butter
  10. 1/2 teaspoons - salt

Directions:

Place all ingredients in the crockpot except 2 oz of the shredded cheese. Cook for 4 hours on high. Add remaining cheese on top and put lid on for another 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
