Spicy Steaks with Texas Prime Seasoning

Ingredients:

  1. 2 - Steaks, any cut (Rib Eyes are wonderful)
  2. 1/2 cups - Mama Tang's Spicy Asian Vinaigrette (HEB)
  3. - 2-3 T. HEB Texas Prime Coarse Seasoning
  4. - Salt to taste

Directions:

Place the rib eyes or steaks into a baking dish or a large plastic bag and add in the Mama Tang's Spicy Asian Vinaigrette and allow to marinate for at least one hour or over night. Heat grill to medium high heat or heat a charcoal grill until the coals are white. Season both sides of the steaks generously with the Texas Prime Coarse Seasoning. Grill the steaks on each side, turning only once nuntil your preferred doneness. Season with salt and enjoy.
