Spicy Margarita Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - sliced green onions
  2. 2 pounds - Boneless Center Cut Thick Pork Chops
  3. 2/3 cups - lime juice
  4. 1/3 cups - tequila or orange juice
  5. 2 tablespoons - chopped fresh cilantro
  6. 2 tablespoons - chopped green chilies or jalapeno chilies
  7. 1 teaspoons - minced garlic

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in sealed food storage bag. Place bag in bowl and refrigerate 2 to 24 hours.

Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium. Remove chops from marinade and grill 7 to 9 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
