Spicy Mama Tang Shrimp

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - Extra jumbo Shrimp 16/20 count
  2. 2 tablespoons - Grape seed oil
  3. 2 tablespoons - HEB Coastal Blend Seafood Rub
  4. 2 tablespoons - Mama Tang's Spicy Asian Vinaigrette
  5. - Salt, to taste

Directions:

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Season all sides of the shrimp with the HEB Coastal Blend Seafood Rub. Place the grape seed oil into the pan and allow to heat. Add in the shrimp and cook on each side for 1 to 2 minutes. Add in the Mama Tang's Spicy Asian Vinaigrette and toss shrimp until well coated. Season w/ salt and enjoy.
