Spicy Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

  1. 12 - hard-boiled eggs peeled, cut in half
  2. 1/2 cups - mayonnaise
  3. 1/4 cups - minced black olives
  4. 1 tablespoons - Dijon mustard
  5. 1 tablespoons - drained capers
  6. 1 tablespoons - minced sun-dried tomatoes
  7. 1 - anchovy fillet minced
  8. 1/8 teaspoons - tabasco sauce
  9. 1 tablespoons - minced fresh parsley
  10. - salt and pepper

Directions:

Mix cooked egg yolks together with remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper.

Stuff egg white halves; chill. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
