Sparkling Rhubarb Lemonade

Ingredients:

  1. 10 pounds - Ice
  2. 4 - Frozen Lemonade cans (6oz) Thawed
  3. 3 - Rhubarb Concentrate (6 oz) 250 mls each
  4. 1 1/2 liters - Filtered Water
  5. 2 liters - Ginger Ale
  6. 1 liters - Tonic Water
  7. 1 liters - Carbonated water or Champange
  8. 3/4 cups - Cane Sugar

Directions:

Refrigerate water, lemonade concentrate, gingerale, rhubarb concentrate, tonic water, carbonated water. Using 5 gallon pail, combine undiluted concentrates and water, mix well, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Pour ice into beverage stand.
Pour gingerale, tonic water, carbon water in to concentrate mixture. Than add to beverage stand.
