Ingredients:
- 3 cups - Rice cooked, cooled
- 5 - Green Onions thinly sliced; some tops
- 1/2 teaspoons - Soy Sauce 1/2 to 1 tsp; high in sodium
- 1/3 cups - Light Italian Dressing try herbs and spices
- 3 cups - Fresh Spinach chopped
Directions:
Combine above ingredients (except spinach). Can chill overnight.
Chop the spinach. Toss with rice mixture and serve.
