Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - minced onion
  2. 2 cloves - garlic crushed
  3. 1 cans - 28 oz. crushed tomatoes
  4. 2 cans - 6 oz. tomato paste
  5. 2 cans - 6.5 oz. tomato sauce
  6. 1/2 cups - water
  7. 2 tablespoons - white sugar
  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons - dried basil leaves
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - fennel seeds
  10. 1 teaspoons - Italian seasoning
  11. 1 tablespoons - salt
  12. 1/4 teaspoons - ground black pepper
  13. 4 tablespoons - fresh parsley chopped
  14. 2 teaspoons - oregano
  15. 1/4 cups - butter

Directions:

Sauté onion and garlic in some olive oil 'til tender.

Combine all ingredients and simmer for about an hour.
