Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds - roasted chicken breast and thighs diced into 3/4-inch pieces
  2. 1 cups - cooked black beans
  3. 3/4 cups - diced red onion
  4. 1 cups - hot sauce fresh housemade, if possible
  5. 1/2 bunches - cilantro finely chopped
  6. 2 - avocados in 1/2-inch diced pieces
  7. - the juice and zest of 1 lime
  8. - salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients listed along with salt and pepper to taste.
