Sour Cream Raisin Pie

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - Flour
  2. 2/3 cups - Sugar
  3. 1 cups - Raisins
  4. 1 cups - Sour cream
  5. 3 - Eggs yolks Yolk separated from whites
  6. - Pinch salt
  7. 1/8 teaspoons - Nutmeg
  8. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
  9. 9 - Pie crust baked
  10. 3 - Egg whites
  11. 3 tablespoons - Sugar
  12. 1/4 teaspoons - Cream of tartar
  13. 2 tablespoons - Flour
  14. 2/3 cups - Sugar
  15. 1 cups - Raisins
  16. 1 cups - Sour cream
  17. 3 - Eggs yolks Yolk separated from whites
  18. - Pinch salt
  19. 1/8 teaspoons - Nutmeg
  20. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
  21. 9 - Pie crust baked
  22. 3 - Egg whites
  23. 3 tablespoons - Sugar
  24. 1/4 teaspoons - Cream of tartar

Directions:

In a microwave safe bowl, mix flour and sugar. Stir in raisins, sour cream, yolks, salt and nutmeg. Microwave 3 minutes. Stir, microwave 2 minutes stir. Microwave 1 min. Mixture should be thick if not continue with 30 second intervals until thick. Stir in vanilla and put into baked 9 inch pie crust. Beat whites until frothy. Gradually add sugar and cream of tartar. Continue beating until stiff peaks form. Bake 350 oven for 15 min or meringue is golden brown.
