Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons - Flour
- 2/3 cups - Sugar
- 1 cups - Raisins
- 1 cups - Sour cream
- 3 - Eggs yolks Yolk separated from whites
- - Pinch salt
- 1/8 teaspoons - Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
- 9 - Pie crust baked
- 3 - Egg whites
- 3 tablespoons - Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons - Cream of tartar
- 2 tablespoons - Flour
- 2/3 cups - Sugar
- 1 cups - Raisins
- 1 cups - Sour cream
- 3 - Eggs yolks Yolk separated from whites
- - Pinch salt
- 1/8 teaspoons - Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
- 9 - Pie crust baked
- 3 - Egg whites
- 3 tablespoons - Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons - Cream of tartar
Directions:
In a microwave safe bowl, mix flour and sugar. Stir in raisins, sour cream, yolks, salt and nutmeg. Microwave 3 minutes. Stir, microwave 2 minutes stir. Microwave 1 min. Mixture should be thick if not continue with 30 second intervals until thick. Stir in vanilla and put into baked 9 inch pie crust. Beat whites until frothy. Gradually add sugar and cream of tartar. Continue beating until stiff peaks form. Bake 350 oven for 15 min or meringue is golden brown.
