Ingredients:

  1. 4 cups - boiled potatoes
  2. 1 cups - Hellman's mayonnaise
  3. 1 cups - sour cream
  4. 1/2 cups - vinegar (more to taste)
  5. 1/4 cups - salad oil
  6. - salt to taste
  7. - dried parsley flakes
  8. 1 - onion, grated
  9. 4 cups - boiled potatoes
  10. 1 cups - Hellman's mayonnaise
  11. 1 cups - sour cream
  12. 1/2 cups - vinegar (more to taste)
  13. 1/4 cups - salad oil
  14. - salt to taste
  15. - dried parsley flakes
  16. 1 - onion, grated

Directions:

Peel and slice potatoes before boiling. Once the potatoes are cool, gently fold them and rest of ingredients all together in a large bowl. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Before serving, taste to correct seasoning.
