Ingredients:
- 4 cups - boiled potatoes
- 1 cups - Hellman's mayonnaise
- 1 cups - sour cream
- 1/2 cups - vinegar (more to taste)
- 1/4 cups - salad oil
- - salt to taste
- - dried parsley flakes
- 1 - onion, grated

Directions:
Peel and slice potatoes before boiling. Once the potatoes are cool, gently fold them and rest of ingredients all together in a large bowl. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Before serving, taste to correct seasoning.
