Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups - sugar
- 1/2 cups - butter
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cups - sour cream
- 1 teaspoons - vanilla
- 1 teaspoons - baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoons - salt
- 3 1/2 cups - flour
- 1 pounds - powdered sugar
- 1/2 cups - Crisco
- 1/4 cups - milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - almond flavoring
Directions:
For Cookies:
Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix. Add sour cream and vanilla.
Add salt, baking soda and baking powder along with 1 cup of flour and mix. Then add rest of the flour.
Roll out and cut out into shapes. Bake at 375 degrees F for 5 to 10 minutes.
For Icing:
Beat together powdered sugar, Crisco, milk and almond flavoring.
Decorate cookies with icing.
