Ingredients:
- 16 ounces - Sour Cream
- 2 tablespoons - Onions chopped
- 2 cups - Cooked Chicken Breast cut up
- 1 cans - Cream of Chicken
- 2 1/2 cups - Monterey Jack Cheese grated
- 2 1/2 -
- cups - Longhorn Cheese grated
- 1 packages - Flour Tortillas (12 count) soften
- 4 ounces - Chopped Green Chilies
- - salt to taste
- - pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix sour cream, soup, onion, 1 cup of each cheese and chilies in medium sauce pan. cook until it bubbles and cheese is melted. Add 1 cup sauce mix to chicken and stir. Soften tortillas, put 2 Tbps. of chicken mix in them, roll them up and place in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Top with the rest of the sauce and cheese. Bake 350 for 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
