Sour Cream Blueberry Bread

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - Flour
  2. 1 teaspoons - Baking Soda
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - Cinnamon
  5. 1 cups - Butter
  6. 3/4 cups - Sugar
  7. 2 whole - Eggs
  8. 1 cups - Bananas
  9. 1/2 cups - Sour Cream
  10. 1 cups - Blueberries
  11. 1/2 cups - Pecans

Directions:

Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Cream butter and sugar until light. Add eggs, banana, and sour cream until blended. Gradually add dry ingredients. Fold in blueberries and pecans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until golden. Makes one 9 inch loaf.
