Soothing Ginger Compress

Ingredients:

  1. 1 - inch of unpeeled ginger root
  2. 4 cups - water

Directions:

1. Slice ginger, then simmer in water on low heat for 20 minutes.

2. Place a folded piece of cloth into mixture, then wring it out.

3. Lay cloth over sore joint for five minutes; repeat three or four times a day as needed.
