Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - butter softened
- 1/2 cups - shortening
- 1 1/2 cups - sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 2 3/4 cups - flour
- 2 teaspoons - cream of tartar
- 1/4 teaspoons - salt
- 2 tablespoons - sugar
- 2 teaspoons - cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees, 375 convection. Use either uncreased or parchment lined cookie sheet.
Mix 2T sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Set aside.
Mix thoroughly butter, shortening, sugar, and eggs. Blend in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Shape dough into 1" balls. Roll balls in cinnamon mixture. Place 2" apart on baking sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes until set. Remove to cooling rack.
