Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - packed brown sugar
  2. 2/3 cups - canola oil
  3. 1/4 cups - molasses
  4. 1 - egg
  5. 2 1/4 cups - all purpose flour
  6. 2 teaspoons - ginger ground
  7. 2 tablespoons - baking soda or 2 tsp?
  8. 1 1/2 tablespoons - fresh ginger chopped
  9. 1/2 cups - candied ginger finely chopped
  10. 1 cups - packed brown sugar
  11. 2/3 cups - canola oil
  12. 1/4 cups - molasses
  13. 1 - egg
  14. 2 1/4 cups - all purpose flour
  15. 2 teaspoons - ginger ground
  16. 2 tablespoons - baking soda or 2 tsp?
  17. 1 1/2 tablespoons - fresh ginger chopped
  18. 1/2 cups - candied ginger finely chopped

Directions:

1. Mix all together.
2. Chill for 2 hours.
3. Shape into balls.
4. Bake for 10 minutes in 300° oven.
