- 1/4 cups - unsalted nuts
- 1 cups - seasonal melon
- 6 ounces - fat-free light yogurt
- 4 - dried apricot halves (or 3 dried plums)
- 7 - walnut halves
- 2 whole - fresh or dried figs
- 1/4 cups - unsalted nuts
- 1 whole - kiwi
- 12 whole - almonds
- 1 whole - medium apple sliced
- 2 tablespoons - all-natural peanut butter
- 1 whole - medium orange or tangerine
Directions:
