  1. 2 whole - dry roasted almonds (no added salt)

  4. 1 cups - seasonal melon
  5. 6 ounces - fat-free light yogurt
  6. 4 - dried apricot halves (or 3 dried plums)
  7. 7 - walnut halves
  8. 2 whole - fresh or dried figs
  9. 1/4 cups - unsalted nuts
  10. 1 whole - kiwi
  11. 12 whole - almonds
  12. 1 whole - medium apple sliced
  13. 2 tablespoons - all-natural peanut butter
  14. 1 whole - medium orange or tangerine

Directions:

Pick 1 Option #1 snack per day for 5 weeks. Eat every 3 hours.
