Smoked Turkey

  1. 1 - whole turkey
  2. 1/2 sticks - real butter melted
  3. 1 teaspoons - Kitchen Bouquet
  4. 1 teaspoons - paprika


Mix together the melted butter, Kitchen Bouquet, and paprika. After washing and drying turkey, inside and out, brush the sauce over the turkey with a basting brush for an even dark reddish color.

Place turkey on aluminum foil with holes punched in the center of the foil. Place in Redi-Smoke Cooker on rack using NO moisture in the drop pan. Smoke for approximately 30 minutes per pound or until fork tender.

If you wish to stuff the turkey, season inside of bird and stuff with cut up celery, onion, and bell pepper.
