Smoked Salmon Dip

Ingredients:

  1. 8 - cream cheese or Neufchâtel
  2. 1 1/2 cups - sour cream
  3. 2 tablespoons - fresh lemon juice
  4. 2 tablespoons - capers
  5. 2 tablespoons - finely chopped red onion
  6. 4 tablespoons - chopped fresh dill

Directions:

Combine everything but the salmon in a food processor, and pulse until blended.

Stir in salmon.

Serve with vegetables, breadsticks, or crackers.
