Smoked Cheese Dip

1lb smoked breakfast sausage: Purnells old folks smokehouse sausage
1 block of white velvet a
2 cans fire roasted or chipotle Rotel
1 can of cream of mushroom

Cook sausage in separate pan
Slice cheese and place in cast iron pot
Add Rotel and cream of mushroom with the cheese
Add browned sausage
Place on smoker at 275 degrees
Stir occasionally, cook long enough to melt the cheese

This pairs great while watching The Tide win on Saturdays
