Smirnoff Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - sugar
  2. 1 cups - oil
  3. 4 - eggs
  4. 1 teaspoons - finely grated lemon rind
  5. 2 1/2 cups - canned pumpkin
  6. 1/4 cups - Smirnoff vodka
  7. 3 1/2 cups - sifted flour
  8. 3/4 teaspoons - salt
  9. 2 teaspoons - baking soda
  10. 3/4 teaspoons - nutmeg
  11. 1 teaspoons - cinnamon
  12. 1 teaspoons - ground cloves
  13. 1/2 teaspoons - allspice
  14. 1 cups - chopped pecans

Directions:

Combine sugar and oil. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix in lemon rind, pumpkin and vodka.

Sift all dry ingredients. Stir into pumpkin mixture. Fold in nuts.

Pour into two well-greased 9"x5"x3" loaf pans. Bake in preheated 350 degree F oven for 1 hour, 10 minutes.

Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans. Cool completely on cooling racks.
