Number of Servings:
Ingredients:
- 2 racks - baby back ribs
- - BBQ sauce of choice
- 1/2 cups - Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cups - soy sauce
- Rib Rub
- 3 tablespoons - brown sugar
- 1 teaspoons - cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons - garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons - onion powder
- 1 tablespoons - dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons - coarse black pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoons - seafood, Cajun or Old Bay seasoning
Directions:
Preheat oven to 225 degrees F.
Thoroughly combine all Rib Rub ingredients in a small bowl.
Prepare baby back ribs by removing membrane from under side of ribs by slicing the skin and pulling away with a dry paper towel.
Use a brush to brush soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce over ribs, then sprinkle the rub over each side of ribs and rub into the meat 'til covered and saturated. Wrap each rack of ribs in Saran Wrap tightly and place on a baking sheet. Cook in preheated oven for 3 hours.
Carefully remove saran wrap from ribs; place each rack on a sheet of aluminum foil and brush ribs with preferred BBQ sauce while preheating grill to medium-high heat.
Close foil around ribs and place ribs on grill; allow to heat for about 10 minutes.
Serve with extra BBQ sauce, as desired.
