Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Beef

Ingredients:

  1. 3 1/2 pounds - boneless chuck roast, trimmed and cut into pieces
  2. 1 packages - McCormick Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning
  3. 6 ounces - tomato sauce
  4. 1/2 cups - firmly packed brown sugar
  5. 1/3 cups - apple cider vinegar
  6. 1/2 cups - water

Directions:

Place beef in slow cooker.

Mix Seasoning Mix, tomato paste, brown sugar, vinegar and water until blended. Pour over beef. Cover.

Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Remove beef from slow cooker.

Shred beef using 2 forks. Return beef to slow cooker; mix and heat with sauce. Serve on sandwich rolls, if desired.
