Can substitute one cup of water with one small can off chicken broth.

Ingredients:
- 1 whole - chicken (4-5lbs)
- 1 - onion (medium)
- 2 - lemons (large)
- 1 cups - water
- 2 sprigs - rosemary
Directions:
Step 1: Rinse the chicken and remove the leftover innards. These can be discarded.
Step 2: Quarter one of your lemons, and then slice the other lemon. Take your onion and cut in medium pieces. Remove Rosemary from 2 stems.
Step 3: Place half of your Rosemary, several pieces of onion, and the quartered lemon into the open cavity of the chicken. Stuffing it all in as best as you can.
Step 4: Place your chicken into the slow cooker, and then surround it with the sliced lemons and remaining onion. Top your chicken with the remaining Rosemary leaves.
Step 5: Sprinkle pepper and a little poultry seasoning over the top of the chicken.
Step 6: Add 1 cup of water to the slow cooker, cover, and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
