Slow Cooker Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - boneless steak cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  2. 1 cans - 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes undrained
  3. 3 cups - water
  4. 2 - large potatoes peeled and cubed
  5. 2 - onions chopped
  6. 2 ribs - celery chopped
  7. 2 - carrots sliced
  8. 3 - beef bouillon cubes
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - basil
  10. 1/2 teaspoons - oregano
  11. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  12. 1/4 teaspoons - black pepper
  13. 1 1/2 cups - mixed frozen vegetables

Directions:

1. In a slow cooker, combine steak, tomatoes, water, potatoes, onions, celery, carrots, bouillon cubes, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Cover and cook on high 6 hours.

2. Add frozen vegetables. Cover and cook an additional 2 hours or until meat and vegetables are tender.
