Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - boneless steak cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 cans - 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes undrained
- 3 cups - water
- 2 - large potatoes peeled and cubed
- 2 - onions chopped
- 2 ribs - celery chopped
- 2 - carrots sliced
- 3 - beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 teaspoons - basil
- 1/2 teaspoons - oregano
- 1/2 teaspoons - salt
- 1/4 teaspoons - black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups - mixed frozen vegetables
Directions:
1. In a slow cooker, combine steak, tomatoes, water, potatoes, onions, celery, carrots, bouillon cubes, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Cover and cook on high 6 hours.
2. Add frozen vegetables. Cover and cook an additional 2 hours or until meat and vegetables are tender.
