Slow Cooker Shredded Beef

Ingredients:

  1. 3 pounds - chuck roast
  2. 1 cups - My Brother's Original Salsa
  3. 1 cups - beef stock
  4. 1 - small onion peeled, quartered
  5. 1 teaspoons - salt

Directions:

Place roast in slow cooker; add salsa, stock, onion, and salt.

Cook on low heat for approximately 6 hours.

Shred beef with two forks and return to pan drippings.
