Ingredients:
- 3 pounds - chuck roast
- 1 cups - My Brother's Original Salsa
- 1 cups - beef stock
- 1 - small onion peeled, quartered
- 1 teaspoons - salt
Directions:
Place roast in slow cooker; add salsa, stock, onion, and salt.
Cook on low heat for approximately 6 hours.
Shred beef with two forks and return to pan drippings.
