Slow cooker pulled pork

Ingredients:

  1. 1 whole - pork butt roast
  2. 2 cans - Dr Pepper
  3. 1 bottles - BBQ sauce

Directions:

1. Place pork roast in slow cooker and pour cans of Dr Pepper over the top. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
2. Remove pork from slow cooker and shred. Drain most of the liquid from the slow cooker, leaving just a few tablespoons.
3. Return pork to slow cooker and add BBQ sauce. Stir to combine and cook for a further 1 hour.
