Slow-cooker Lasagna

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - Ground Beef
  2. 2 cans - Tomato Sauce 29 oz
  3. 8 ounces - Lasagna Noodles uncooked
  4. 4 cups - Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  5. 1 1/2 cups - Cottage Cheese
  6. 1 pounds - Ground Beef
  7. 2 cans - Tomato Sauce 29 oz
  8. 8 ounces - Lasagna Noodles uncooked
  9. 4 cups - Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  10. 1 1/2 cups - Cottage Cheese

Directions:

Spray interior of slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray
In large skillet, brown the ground beef
Stir in tomato sauce and mix well
Spread 1/4 of meat sauce on bottom of slow cooker
Arrange 1/3 of uncooked noodles over sauce
Combine the cheeses in bowl
Spoon 1/3 of cheese mixture over noodles
Repeat the layers twice
Top with remaining sauce
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours
