Slow Cooker Lasagna

  1. 1 pounds - ground beef
  2. 1 whole - onion
  3. 2 cloves - garlic
  4. 1 packages - no-cook lasagna noodles
  5. 4 cups - mozzarella cheese
  6. 1 cartons - small curd cottage cheese
  7. 1/2 cups - parmesan cheese
  8. 4 cups - Spaghetti sauce


In a skillet cook beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce to meat. Mix well. Spread 1/4 of meat sauce in an ungreased 5-quart slow cooker. Arrange a third of the noodles over the sauce (break noodles if necessary). Combine the cheeses; spoon a third of the cheese mixture over noodles. Repeat layers twice. Top with remaining meat sauce. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until noodles are tender.
