Adding some olives to the meat sauce or a layer of pepperoni in the lasgana or some spinach to the cheese layer helps provide a little unique flavor here and there.

Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - ground beef
- 1 whole - onion
- 2 cloves - garlic
- 1 packages - no-cook lasagna noodles
- 4 cups - mozzarella cheese
- 1 cartons - small curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 cups - parmesan cheese
- 4 cups - Spaghetti sauce
Directions:
In a skillet cook beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce to meat. Mix well. Spread 1/4 of meat sauce in an ungreased 5-quart slow cooker. Arrange a third of the noodles over the sauce (break noodles if necessary). Combine the cheeses; spoon a third of the cheese mixture over noodles. Repeat layers twice. Top with remaining meat sauce. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until noodles are tender.
