Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Ingredients:

  1. 2 3/4 pounds - frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
  2. 1 cans - Cream of Mushroom soup
  3. 1 cups - fresh sliced mushrooms or 1 can drained
  4. 8 ounces - fat free sour cream
  5. 1 packages - dried oinion soup mix Can cut in half to cut down on sodium content.

Directions:

Place frozen chicken in bottom of crock pot. Mix together all remaining ingredients and spread over chicken. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 7-8 hours. Take out chicken, dice and return to cooker. Serve over whole wheat noodles or brown rice (count points for this!)
