Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. 3 - lbs boneless pork ribs
  2. 1 - (18oz) bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce (We love Sweet Baby Rays)
  3. 1 - (14oz) can of beef broth

Directions:

Step 1: Add beef broth to crock pot heated to the LOW setting.  Add your boneless pork ribs and let cook for 8 hours. (or cook on High for 4 hours)

Step 2: Remove the pork from the crockpot and shred with a fork.  It should start pulling apart and shedding fairly easy.

Step 3: Heat your oven up to 350.  Add shredded meat to a skillet, and mix well with the BBQ sauce.

Step 4: Place the BBQ beef mixture in the oven for 30 minutes.  Remove and enjoy!
