Slow Cooker Baked Beans

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - dried white navy beans soaked overnight
  2. 1 1/2 cups - ketchup
  3. 1 1/2 cups - water
  4. 1/4 cups - molasses
  5. 1 - Vidalia or other sweet onion chopped
  6. 1 tablespoons - ground mustard
  7. 6 slices - bacon chopped
  8. 1 cups - firmly packed dark brown sugar
  9. - kosher salt and ground black pepper

Directions:

1. Drain beans after soaking, and place them in the insert of a 4-quart slow cooker. Add ketchup, water, molasses, onion, mustard, bacon, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.

2. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours or on High for 4 to 5 hours. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve immediately,.
