Slow Cooked Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  1. 6 - lean pork chops
  2. 1/2 cups - flour
  3. 1 tablespoons - salt
  4. 1 cans - 10 oz. chicken and rice soup
  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons - dry mustard
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - garlic powder
  7. 2 tablespoons - oil

Directions:

Coat pork chops in mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard, and garlic powder. Brown chops in oil in skillet.

Place browned pork chops in crock-pot. Add can of soup. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3-1/2 hours.
