Slow-cooked Brisket

  1. - Large brisket
  2. - Salt & pepper, to taste
  3. - Celery salt Covers brisket
  4. 1/3 bottles - Liquid Smoke
  5. 1/2 bottles - Barbecue sauce


1. Place brisket on foil so that the foil can be folder over the brisket. Season brisket w/ salt, pepper. Sprinkle celery salt all over brisket.

2. Mix liquid smoke and barbecue sauce together in bowl and then pour over seasoned brisket.

3. Wrap brisket tightly. Bake at 200 until tender.
