Ingredients:
- 1/4 cups - onion finely chopped
- 1 pounds - lean ground beef
- 2 cups - tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons - tomato paste
- 1 tablespoons - prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoons - chili powder
- 2 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons - sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons - dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoons - black pepper
- 6 - rolls or buns split
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook onions and ground beef until beef is browned, stirring to crumble.
Stir in tomato sauce and rest of ingredients (except rolls); reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Spoon beef mixture over bottom half of each bun and cover with top halves.
