Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cans - cream of mushroom soup
  2. 1 1/2 teaspoons - prepared yellow mustard
  3. 1 teaspoons - worcestershire sauce
  4. 1 - egg slightly beaten
  5. 2 tablespoons - soup mixture above
  6. 2 tablespoons - fine cracker crumbs
  7. 2 tablespoons - onion finely chopped
  8. 3/4 pounds - ground beef
  9. 1/4 cups - water
  10. 1 tablespoons - minced parsley

Directions:

Stir together cream of mushroom soup, mustard, and worcestershire sauce to prepare soup mixture.
In separate bowl, combine egg, 2 tablespoons of soup mixture, cracker crumbs, onion, and ground beef. Mix together well; shape into 3 patties.
Brown patties in a little bit of shortening in skillet; drain off excess fat.
Add 1/4 cup of water to remaining soup mixture along with minced parsley, and pour over patties in skillet, cooking over low heat 15-20 minutes or until done.
