Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons - olive oil
- 1 1/2 pounds - ground beef
- 2 cloves - garlic minced
- 1 jars - 24 oz. marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoons - Italian seasoning
- - kosher salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cups - sour cream at room temperature
- 1/2 cups - grated fresh mozzarella
- 12 ounces - cooked bow tie pasta (farfalle) cooked al dente
- 8 - basil leaves chopped
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef with the garlic until it's completely browned, then drain off excess fat.
Pour in the marinara sauce. Add Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste. Stir, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the sour cream and stir until it's combined. Throw in the mozzarella and cooked pasta, stirring until combined. Top with chopped basil.
