Ingredients:

  1. 6 slices - bread (cubed with crusts removed)
  2. 1 pounds - shredded cheese
  3. 4 cups - milk
  4. 1 teaspoons - dry mustard
  5. 1 teaspoons - salt
  6. 2 cups - ham/bacon/green peppers, etc.
  7. 8 - eggs

Directions:

Beat eggs. Add other ingredients. Cover and put in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
