Sirloin Steaks & Dried Cherry Steak Sauce

  1. 2 pounds - Sirloin steak
  2. 2 teaspoons - Aam's Reserve House Rub
  3. 2 tablespoons - Ottavio Private Reserve Olive Oil
  4. 1/2 jars - Dried Cherry Steak Sauce
  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons - Dijon mustard
  6. 2 teaspoons - Heavy cream


Heat grill to med. high heat. Season the steaks w/ the House Rub, add the steaks to the grill & cook for 3-4 min on each side. In a small pan combine the Steak Sauce, the Dijon mustard & the heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and serve over the steaks.
