Simple Egg in the Hole

Ingredients:

  1. 1 slices - bread
  2. - butter for frying pan
  3. 1 - egg

Directions:

Cut a hole out of the center of the piece of bread with a medium size glass.

Melt generous amount of butter in frying pan. Place bread slice in pan and break egg into the center. Place small circle of bread beside it in pan.

Fry on medium low heat until browned on one side. Flip and do the other side, adding more butter if necessary.

Cook until golden brown and serve.
