*Frozen uncooked shrimp is fine. Just thaw first. Take off shells *Pasta is totally not necessary, depends on how you feel. * the lemon pepper / vegetable spice shaker is like Mrs Dash. I use the McCormic version. *White wine totally optional * 0.5 blue 1 red 1.5 green (maybe more) and if over pasta 1 yellow

Ingredients:
- 1 bunches - asparagus cut in 2 inch sections
- 1 containers - cherry tomatoes halved
- 12 whole - shrimp uncooked
- 1 cups - whole grain pasta optional
- 1/2 whole - lemon
- 2 tablespoons - garlic
- 1 jars - lemon pepper spice shaker
- 1/2 cups - goat cheese
Directions:
1. Cook the pasta, if you are using it
2. Add a little olive oil to a pan over medium heat.
3. Add the cut asparagus and saute for 3 min
4. Add the cherry tomatoes, garlic and saute for 1 more min.
5. Toss the shrimp in the a few really good shakes of the lemon pepper seasoning. Add the shrimp to the saute pan.
6. Add the juice of 1/2 lemon. If you have any white wine around, add a splash of that too!
7. Cook until shrimp is done.
8. Add the goat cheese and stir until goat cheese has melted.
9. Once the goat cheese had made a creamy sauce, serve!
