Shrimp Thermidor

Ingredients:

  1. 1 teaspoons - salt
  2. 1/2 tablespoons - dry mustard
  3. - cayenne pepper to taste
  4. 2 cups - milk
  5. - Parmesan cheese grated
  6. - paprika
  7. 1/4 cups - dry white wine or sherry
  8. 1 pounds - cooked shrimp
  9. 3/4 cups - mushrooms
  10. 1/4 cups - butter or more, to taste
  11. 1/4 cups - flour

Directions:

Cut large shrimp in half.

Cook mushrooms in butter; blend in flour and seasonings. Add milk and wine or sherry gradually, and cook until thick, stirring constantly.

Stir in shrimp. Heat through.

Place in casserole dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
