Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:

  1. - white corn tortillas
  2. - undressed pre-made coleslaw of your choice
  3. - red onion diced
  4. - avocado diced
  5. - shrimp
  6. - olive oil
  7. - paprika
  8. - crushed red pepper
  9. - salt and pepper
  10. - light sour cream
  11. - sriracha sauce

Directions:

Place the white corn tortillas flat on the flames of a gas stovetop and get a nice char, but leave pliable enough that they fold.

Once tortillas are done, fill the bottom of each tortilla with the undressed premade coleslaw mix. Top with diced raw onion and avocado.

Layer on the shrimp cooked in olive oil, paprika, crushed red pepper and salt and pepper.

Top the tacos with the aioli sauce.
