Shrimp Scampi Over Spaghetti

Ingredients:

  1. 1 boxes - Skinny Pasta Noodles
  2. 1 teaspoons - Butter
  3. 1 cloves - Minced Garlic
  4. 1 - Small Shallot minced
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - Kosher Salt
  6. 1 pinchs - Hot Pepper Flakes
  7. 1/2 pounds - Shrimp peeled and deveined
  8. 1/4 cups - Chicken Broth nonfat
  9. 2 teaspoons - Lemon Juice
  10. 2 teaspoons - Dry White Wine
  11. 1 tablespoons - Fresh Parsley chopped
  12. 1 boxes - Skinny Pasta Noodles
  13. 1 teaspoons - Butter
  14. 1 cloves - Minced Garlic
  15. 1 - Small Shallot minced
  16. 1/2 teaspoons - Kosher Salt
  17. 1 pinchs - Hot Pepper Flakes
  18. 1/2 pounds - Shrimp peeled and deveined
  19. 1/4 cups - Chicken Broth nonfat
  20. 2 teaspoons - Lemon Juice
  21. 2 teaspoons - Dry White Wine
  22. 1 tablespoons - Fresh Parsley chopped

Directions:

Rinse Skinny Pasta Noodles under hot water, drain well, and set aside.
Heat butter in a small nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic, shallot, salt, and hot pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute,
Add shrimp and cook for 5 minutes or until pink and cooked through.
Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and wine and cook for 2 minutes or until slightly reduced.
Add Skinny Pasta Noodles and cook for 1-2 minutes or until heated through. Serve garnished with parsley.
