Ingredients:
- 1 boxes - Skinny Pasta Noodles
- 1 teaspoons - Butter
- 1 cloves - Minced Garlic
- 1 - Small Shallot minced
- 1/2 teaspoons - Kosher Salt
- 1 pinchs - Hot Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 pounds - Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cups - Chicken Broth nonfat
- 2 teaspoons - Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoons - Dry White Wine
- 1 tablespoons - Fresh Parsley chopped
- 1 boxes - Skinny Pasta Noodles
- 1 teaspoons - Butter

- 1/2 pounds - Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cups - Chicken Broth nonfat

- 1 tablespoons - Fresh Parsley chopped
Directions:
Rinse Skinny Pasta Noodles under hot water, drain well, and set aside.
Heat butter in a small nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic, shallot, salt, and hot pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute,
Add shrimp and cook for 5 minutes or until pink and cooked through.
Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and wine and cook for 2 minutes or until slightly reduced.
Add Skinny Pasta Noodles and cook for 1-2 minutes or until heated through. Serve garnished with parsley.
